24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to me. Time is set aside just for you to relax and enjoy. I understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and I request at least 24 hours notice before cancellation, otherwise a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged and 100% for no call, no shows of the reserved service(s) amount.

When appointments are made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 2 hours of the appointment time or there will be a cancellation fee of 25% for the reserved service amount.

Be sure to provide your correct email and/or phone numbers when booking online. Courtesy emails and/or texts will be sent out, unless you choose to opt out.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.  I will be asking for a credit card to have on file.

If you are a new client and you are a no call, no show, I will not be able to service your future appointment.

Late/Tardy Policy

I will always try my best to accommodate you if you are running behind, stuck in traffic, having difficulty finding parking, etc. Your tardiness can affect the remainder of my day by delaying other clients who come in on time. For this reason, I have a set of few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After that time, I will call/text to check in on you. If you are unable to make it, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. If I contact you and you are unable to make it, you forfeit your appointment and will get charged a no call, no show fee (100%). Please give me a courtesy call/text even if you think you may late; Iā€™d rather know as early as possible so I can do my best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of the day. If you are unable to make it and cancel within the 24 hour window, a fee of 100% of your appointment will be charged.

Again, please remember that your appointment is reserved for you and only you. These policies allow me the opportunity to alert standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing me to provide the best service possible.
